The work is devoted to the problem of improving the quality of diagnosis and treatment of patients with associated cranio-abdominal and cranio-thoracic trauma through the use of minimally invasive technologies.
A comparative evaluation of the results of treatment of patients with associated cranio-abdominal and cranio-thoracic trauma by using minimally invasive technologies was studied and conducted. New methods of endolaparoscopic hemostasis have been applied. An algorithm for the application of different methods of endoscopic and laparoscopic local hemostasis in patients depending on the clinical situation has been developed and applied.
