The aim of the work is to develop methods and algorithms for determining the relative position and orientation of spacecraft based on the system of computer vision. The results of the work should be the scientific basis for the software of a separate on-board measuring device – computer vision system (CVS) of the spacecraft (SC), designed to provide high-precision measurement of the relative motion of spacecraft at the final stage of rendezvous. CVS is expected to be installed on promising space service spacecraft and used as part of the automatic control system.
