The idea of the work is to increase the maintainability and operational durability of axial-piston hydraulic machines of hydraulic transmissions of vehicles by introducing structural changes based on the application of methods of calculation and design of axial-piston hydraulic machines, as well as the use of parts made of polymer materials in the structures of aggregates, which will also reduce the metal consumption of hydraulic units and will increase the sensitivity of adjustable axial-piston hydraulic machines.
The purpose of the project:
- determination of empirical distribution parameters and quantitative reliability characteristics of hydraulic transmission units;
- definition of the main and additional indicators of maintainability of axial-piston hydraulic machines;
- development of constructive solutions regarding parts and connections of axial-piston hydraulic machines;
- justification of the choice of polymer material as a structural material.
