The aim of the project is to develop, model, and validate resource-efficient hardware-and-technological solutions for the zero-waste processing of Ukraine’s agricultural raw materials into blended agro-plant semi-finished products and next-generation functional products, suitable for both industrial and local production. The implementation of the project is aimed at enhancing food security, restoring the production potential of agri-food systems, strengthening economic resilience, and supporting the digital transformation of food technologies. The achievement of this goal is planned to be carried out in two stages:
1. Analytical-research and design-engineering;
2. Experimental-production and validation.
