The aim of the work is to develop new methods of spectral analysis of large random matrices and to study new classes of non-self-adjoint random matrices; to construct exact solutions of models of multilevel and multiparticle low-dimensional systems of modern quantum theoretical physics and to analyze their possible use in quantum informatics and electronics; to perform rigorous asymptotic analysis of non-decaying solutions to the nonlinear evolutionary equations; to obtain conditions for solvability and stability of abstract evolutionary equations and control systems.
