The methods are proposed to solve the 3-D elastodynamic problems for the bodies with various spatial stress concentrators, such as cracks, elastic and absolutely rigid thin inclusions. The idea to reduce the mixed elastodynamic problems to the boundary integral equations with the kernel of wave potential for non-stationary processes or the kernel of Helmholtz potential for steady processes is realized. The stable numerical - analytical procedure of inversion of the equations obtained by constructing their regular and then discrete analogues is presented. For a wide class of time-varying loads the dynamic stress concentration in the flaws vicinity and the parameters of wave field inside the body are determined.
