The idea to reduce the mixed elastodynamic problems to the boundary integral equations with the kernel of wave potential for non-stationary processes or the kernel of Helmholtz potential for steady processes is realized. The stable numerical - analytical procedure of inversion of the equations obtained by constructing their regular and then discrete analogues is presented. For a wide class of time-varying loads the dynamic stress concentration in the flaws vicinity and the parameters of wave field inside the body are determined.
