3. The object of research is the professional activities of a teacher in the educational process. The subject of research contents, methods and technologies of formation of a teacher as a competitive specialist in the process of the professional activities. The purpose is to substantiate and to experimental examine the system of formation of a teacher as a competitive specialist; to discover conditions of formation of a teacher as a competitive specialist on different stages of professional activities; to elaborate modern technologies of preparation of a teacher as a competitive of specialist. Methods of research; the theoretical analysis of scientific, psyhologic and pedagogical literatures; research method; modeling, observation, conversation, question, testes, experiments, quantitative and qualitative analysis of experimental results; analysis of products of activities of teachers; study of schools documents; study of the pedagogical experience. Theoretical meaning of research is to enlarge notion about the problem of formation specialist in the conditions of modernization of the educational branch in Ukraine; to discover of contents of ways in this problem; to theoretical substantiate of possibilities of using of the modern technology approach to formation of a competitive teacher. Practical meaning of the system of formation of a teacher as a competitive specialist and modern technologies of preparation of a competition teacher. Scientific novelty of research is in elaboration and introduction of modern technologies of preparation of a teacher as a competitive specialist; the system of formation of a competitive teacher. Received results of research helps to promotion of efficacy of the process of formation of a teacher as a competitive specialist.
