The necessity of the problem research is explained by the world tendencies in social and economic processes globalization which to a certain degree increase the demands to the professional competence, mastery and spirituality of a person who creates material and spiritual values and alter a personality's world outlook and attitude to life. The aim of the research was to develop theoretical and methodological bases of spiritual personality forming and scientific and methodological means to grade students' spirituality; to work out a theoretical model of students' spiritual personality and scientific technologies of its forming in the process of educational, cultural and extra-curricular activities in higher educational establishments in the terms of modern society globalization. The object of the research is the process of students' spiritual needs and spiritual values upbringing. The subject of the research is psychological and pedagogical peculiarities in students' spiritual needs and spiritual values upbringing in the terms of modern society globalization. As a result of the research methodological bases of theory of spiritual education and spiritual personality forming have been elaborated, spiritual and moral bases of students' upbringing in the terms of globalization and Ukrainian society transformation have been diclosed. Alongside with the scientific and methodological means to grade students' spirituality, the contents and scientific and pedagogical technologies of upbringing, students' spirituality forming as future highly cultural, moral, spiritual and educated people have been developed. A theoretical model of students' spiritual personality and scientific technologies of its forming in the process of educational, cultural and extra-curricular activities in higher educational establishments in the terms of Ukrainian society transformation.
