The influence of non-selective inhibition of NO-synthesis on morphological and functional state of rats' gastric mucosa and the influence of bile content depending on its concentration exposition on gastric mucosal were studied. The research of peculiarities of structural and functional changes of gastric mucosa in patients with precancerous changes based on study of the influence of exogenous factors, bile acids, microbe factor and oxidative stress. Owing to these data the overview about mechanisms of precancerous damages of gastric mucosa was broadened, and treatment of these patients was worked out. The method of endoscopical investigation was improved, and ultrasound methods of diagnosis of duodenogastric reflux were developed.
