The research of peculiarities of structural and functional changes of gastric mucosa in patients with precancerous changes based on study of the influence of exogenous factors, bile acids, microbe factor and oxidative stress. Owing to these data the overview about mechanisms of precancerous damages of gastric mucosa was broadened, and treatment of these patients was worked out.
