Micological monitoring of maize starch production has been performed. 193 samples from floor and air of building, corns, starch and swabs from equipment of starch wet milling, starch dehydration and drying,and starch packaging compartments have been taken. In general, 238 strains 37 species 18 genera of microscopic fungi were isolated and identified. Worked out recommendations concerning sanitary and technical procedures for prevention of microscopic fungi starch contamination were prepared
