In the process of experimental research we have revealed the contradictions of following the educational (industrial) paradigm nowadays and decelerating cultural- culture-centered (humanistic) paradigm in education. The essence of latter is in high-quality innovative changes in engineering and liberal education which allow educational system of Ukraine to be aimed at its development. The main methods used in the research are the following: system analysis, comparative analysis of social and personal potential development, the analysis of different approaches (didactic,individual,personal), case method in the integration and modernization of education under the Bologna agreement etc. The level of implementation and importance of the work lie in the identification of social and psychological mechanisms of innovative education in the higher school through interactive technologies which can be implemented in the educational process to improve the qualitative level of training specialists. The research novelty in comparison with other foreign studies is in the development of model and program of forming skills after implementing social and psychological mechanisms of forming specialists' professional competence according to higher school innovative technologies.
