Technological methods for growth of bulk crystals, thin films, two-dimensional and zero-dimensional structures on the base of АIIBVI (CdTe, CdS, ZnO) semiconductors and solid solutions with magnetic components (Mn, Fe, Co, Ni) have been developed and improved. Synthesis regimes of CdMnS semiconductor nanocrystals in form of colloidal solutions and nanocomposites into polymer matrices are optimized. It was studied structural, galvanomagnetic, optical, magnetooptical and photoluminescence properties of the obtained bulk crystals and nanostructures depending on component content and dimensionality. Applications of semiconductor nanoparticles in biosensors for imaging of biological tissue is proposed.
