Synthesis regimes of CdMnS semiconductor nanocrystals in form of colloidal solutions and nanocomposites into polymer matrices are optimized. It was studied structural, galvanomagnetic, optical, magnetooptical and photoluminescence properties of the obtained bulk crystals and nanostructures depending on component content and dimensionality. Applications of semiconductor nanoparticles in biosensors for imaging of biological tissue is proposed.
