Object of research - intelligent data analysis based on the evolving hybrid computational intelligence systems with variable structure under the conditions of complete or partial a priory and current uncertainty. Goal of research is to construct evolving cascade systems and optimal learning methods; network-based evolving interval fuzzy models of hierarchical and distributed processes; models of contextual processing of image sequences; evolving systems with variable structure for fuzzy data classification. Methods for construction of evolving cascade hybrid real-time systems with orthoneurons, Q-neurons, wavelons, and neo-fuzzy-neurons with spline membership functions as there junctions are proposed. These methods posses an optimal learning speed and therefore essentially outperform the conventional neural network analogues. Network-based evolving interval fuzzy models of hierarchical and distributed processes, models of contextual processing of image sequences, methods for constructing of evolving systems with variable structure for fuzzy data classification based on immune systems are proposed and developed.
