Ion-plasma methods in a controlled vacuum environment obtained by ultra-thin solid films of nitrides of transition metals, in particular, TiN, CrN, TaN on substrates treated with ion beam. Carried out a comprehensive study of the laws of the synthesis of nanosized transition metal nitride films using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy with high resolution based on the data of Auger electron emission, secondary ion mass spectrometry and electron tunneling microscopy.
