An installation of ultrahigh-vacuum (maximum pressure <=1,3х10-9 Pa) three-chamber nanotechnology complex "Nanofab-100." The functional diagram of the STC, which foresees expansion the complex by adding to the existing chamber module of the molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) and focused ion beams (FIB). Optimized infrastructure project to ensure the normal functioning of the STC "NanoFab-100" with the module FIB. On the basis of the existing vacuum circuit STC "NanoFab-100" the calculation of basic parameters of the vacuum system modules FIB and MBE, and investigated the possibility of optimization of complex vacuum system. The developed design documentation thumbnail for vacuum system and vacuum chamber module FIB on which made experimental model of ultrahigh-vacuum chamber module FIB spherical shape with 14 extra pipes without flanges. To ensure the transport of wafers between process and module FIB chamber STC "NanoFab-100" without depressurization complex designed route transportation system. Developed and worked out methods of surface modification heterostructures with the module FIB - methods of ion cutting and nano-local digestion, with their subsequent diagnosis developed by scanning probe microscopy in analytical cell STC. A comprehensive test of modified experimental design STC.
