A research object is the timber wares of freight mobile composition of railways. The article of research is development and introduction in mass production of the vysokoprochnykh timber wares used in working parts of biaxial light carts of freight carriages. The purpose of work is determination of indexes of durability and capacity of timber wares of working parts of carriages. The methods of researches are experimental with the subsequent analysis and generalization. As a result of implementation of work on the basis of the scientific and technical developments passed to LTD "And. Стакі-Рейл" (The "Amsted-Reyl LTD.") for introduction on factories-producers and railways of Ukraine was developed and notification is inculcated about the change of technical terms THAT At 35.2-32875993-001:2008 "Goods timber carriages of freight main locomotive traction", with subsequent additions of constructions of timber wares and adjustment of working document and technical terms. Developments are executed in full in accordance with an economic agreement № 163 between YGTM NAN of Ukraine and the "Амстед-Рейл LTD." and taking into account scientific researches of YGTM NAN of Ukraine on the г/б theme III-36-07 in the section of "Progressive tekhnyko and technological decisions of rail transport of loads for providing of the underground mining in the conditions of gazonasyschennogo array of mountain breeds".
