The technological regimes of the bulk crystals grow and thin films deposition of the oxide and chalcogenide semiconductors by different techniques were improved; the energy-efficient regimes were introduced for obtaining of the oxide and chalgogenide semiconductors doped by different impurities (in particular, with unfilled 3d and 4f-shells) in crystalline, thin film and nanostructured states, which can be used in order to design electronic devices of new generation for special and household purpose. The laboratory patterns of photosensitive structures, detectors of ionizing radiation, photovoltaic devices and gas sensors were designed and fabricated on the basis of the materials under consideration; the main electrical properties of the materials and the devices based on them were investigated in detail depending on the technological conditions. There were designed physical models of the response of the oxide and chalcogenide semiconductors and structures based on them; the recommendations were introduced regarding the possibilities of the application of the semiconductors under consideration as working elements in electronic devices.
