On the basis of conductometric and two-electrode methods it has been defined current-voltage characteristics of carbon composites in different versions The processes of absorption, reflection and attenuation of electromagnetic radiation under interaction with experimental samples of varying degrees of dispersion and fillers have been researched by electrodynamic methods in frequency range 37.5GHz - 53.5GHz and 53.5GHz - 78.3GHz. The research results will allow more reasonable and economic efficiently develop and produce protection equipment against electromagnetic radiation of millimeter wavelength range.
