The two promising molecular targets for the development of new antibacterial drugs have been revealed: prolyl-tRNA synthetase Enterococcus faecalies and leucyl-tRNA synthetase Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The features of the spatial structure of the binding sites of targets (leucyl and prolyl-tRNA synthetases pathogenic organisms) have been investigated, the receptor-based virtual screening was performed and results for the 100 000 organic compounds have been obtained. About 500 quinoline derivatives have been synthesized to enrich the compound library by substances with potential antibacterial activity. The methods of expression and obtaining of recombinant target enzymes for biochemical tests and methods of in vitro tests to determine the activity of studied organic compounds have been developed.5481
