It was showed that the synthesis of nitric oxide reduce in the organism of old rats. In the myocardium of old rats considerably reduce the activity of eNOS and iNOS. With age in myocardium grows the level of expression iNOS. At a acute hypoxia the level of expression of eNOS grows in myocardium and aorta of adults of animals in default of changes at old. The level of expression iNOS in the conditions of hypoxia in myocardium of grown man rats remains without changes, while in an aorta - a few increased. For old animals, vice versa, for certain expression of iNOS grows both in myocardium and in an aorta. For the rats of both age groups in the conditions of hypoxia peroxidation processes are activated. The got results testify to the presence of age features of influencing of acute hypoxic hypoxia on metabolic changes in myocardium and aorta.
