The level of expression iNOS in the conditions of hypoxia in myocardium of grown man rats remains without changes, while in an aorta - a few increased. For old animals, vice versa, for certain expression of iNOS grows both in myocardium and in an aorta. For the rats of both age groups in the conditions of hypoxia peroxidation processes are activated.
