Object of the study: patients with disorder epigenetic status of the genome. Purpose - to determine the pheno-and genotypic characteristics of anomalies and diseases of the cardiovascular system that are associated with the violation of epigenetic status of the genome for self-diagnosis, therapy and prevention of such violations. Methods - somatohenetychne study syndromologic analysis, clinical and genealogical analysis, molecular-genetic, biochemical methods, ultrasound diagnostics, statistical processing using modern computer technology. Practical value: The paper considers the role of metabolic sulfur-containing amino acids and the presence of polymorphisms of genes folatnoho cycle (MTHFR and MTRR) in the emergence of diseases of the cardiovascular system. Studied the pathogenetic mechanisms of clinical signs of pathology of the cardiovascular system and identified epigenetic phenomena leading to gene expression. The role of chromosomal polymorphism and / or deficit folatnoho cycle enzymes (MTHFR and MTRR) in the mother in the formation of complications of pregnancy and antenatal fetal death, which may be scientific justification for measures aimed at differentiated approach to the prevention of such states.
