Presented scientific research devoted to the actual topic, so as a matter of individual prevention of genetic disease based on molecular genetic research is an important issue of clinical genetics and modern medicine in general, as suggested by the scientific research is extremely important. The aim of investigation is to study the principles of three-level prevention of genetic disease based on molecular genetic studies. During the reporting period, implementation of research identified specific pathogenetic chain in the formation of reproductive loss, birth defects and some forms of hereditary diseases of metabolism (organic atsyduriyi, mitochondrial disease, etc.) to develop individual treatments and prevention of such violations. The proposed research is of great theoretical and practical value. New data on the methods of primary, secondary and tertiary prevention of genetic diseases. First in Ukraine established pheno-and genotype correlation with reproductive disorders family, birth of children with congenital malformations and chromosomal disorders.
