The approach to assessing the profitability of training in higher education establishments in different specialties was developed. The result of introduction from this approach is the developing of technology of creation of the corresponding information and analytical base. The methodical approach to determining the economic effectiveness of the improved information base control motivational mechanism to ensure quality personnel working metallurgical and machine-building enterprises and assessment of profitability of training in high education establishments was developed.
