The control motivational mechanism to ensure quality personnel working steelmaking departments was improved by determining the remuneration of workers as a result of each cycle producing steel using the factor of quality and factor of possibility of using of steel. The control motivational mechanism to ensure quality personnel working enterprises of mechanical engineering was improved through the establishment of workers' remuneration as a result of each operation of the technological cycle of production parts or assembly unit with using the proposed factor of possible of the correction defect. The technology of creation of information base of improved control motivational mechanisms to ensure quality personnel working of manufacturing metallurgical and machine-building enterprises was developed and introduced. The approach to assessing the profitability of training in higher education establishments in different specialties was developed. The result of introduction from this approach is the developing of technology of creation of the corresponding information and analytical base. The methodical approach to determining the economic effectiveness of the improved information base control motivational mechanism to ensure quality personnel working metallurgical and machine-building enterprises and assessment of profitability of training in high education establishments was developed.
