A quality monitoring domestic hop varieties hmelehospodar-stvah Ukraine in the number and composition of bitter substances, essential oils and biological-but-active compounds. The complex biochemical evaluation of varieties of hops harvest 2011 and 2012 on the basis of biochemical criteria for the identification of bitter substances and essential oils. Based on the biochemical characteristics set most promising varieties of hops: Zlato Woodlands, Slavonian, National, Zagrava, Alta, Promin, Obolonskya, Ruslan recommended for widespread adoption in production. Established hop varieties with high content of bioactive compounds - Ruslan Xanthi Chaclun.
