Research material: venous blood, micro biopsy material of kidneys, preparations of thymus and spleen of rats. Aim of work: to study the role of apoptosis and differential markers of ICC in chronization of inflammatory processes in the conditions of plain and highland. Research methods: biochemical, clinical-laboratorial, immunofluorescence, microbiological, instrumental, US. The expression, distribution, colocalization of apoptosis markers Fas/ CD95+, Bax, receptors to TNF? and IFN?, Bcl - 2, IL - 2R, iNOs, transmembrane IgA, IgM, IgG, IgD in CD4, CD7, CD8, CD16, CD20, CD57, CD25 have been investigated in ICC and biopsy material of kidneys, spleens and thymus of rats. Markers were exposed by means of the monoclonal serums, marked by fluorescence marks. Results took into account by means of multimedia luminescent (Carl Zeizz - 250SF, computer program Multichenel AxioVision 4.4) and confocal laser and electronic scanning microscopy (Axioskop - 2 LSM 5 PASCAL Carl ZEISS with helium-neon and an argon lasers) at the one moment three- and four-coloured painting. The images were processed by means of the computer program LSV510. For the habitants of highland a basic proapoptosis factor with the autocrine and paracrine mechanism of action was NO. The expression of antiapoptosis protein Вcl2 is activated in cytotoxic T-cell at the patients with chronic glomerulonephritis. As a result of treatment expression of TNF? increases considerably and Fas- receptor apoptosis activates. The quality and quantitative changes of colocalization and distributions of expressed markers of apoptosis in ICC and cross-correlation close intercommunications between markers after the course of pathogenetic therapy are defined. Comparative research of the markers of apoptosis at mononucleosis has shown the high degree of their expression, more considerably expressed for patients with acute EB virus infection. All studied markers of apoptosis exceeded control values in 2-3 and more than time. Both at acute and chronic processes of EB virus infection the level of Bcl-2 expression of were statistically equivalent. Activating of apoptosis at infectious-inflammatory process flows on a receptor-depended way through receptors for Fas, INF? and TNF?. AnnV expression in ICC of chronic patients was higher, than at acute process. Experimental researches for rats in the conditions of influence of acute and chronic hypoxia showed that structural alterations, mitochondrial disfunctions are closely related to duration and degree of adaptation to the hypoxia and the processes of apoptosis at these terms flow on mitochondrial and oxide nitrogen-activated way. Individual map membrane and differential markers expressed on ICC on a background the conducted immunecorrect treatment, is the point of counting out for the correction of immune disorders on the stages of pathogenetic therapy.
