The technological line from modulation of pharmacological processes which has allowed to receive innovative systems of delivery of medical products (5-250 nanometers), capable to change therapy of different diseases thanks to the raised ability to overcome different biological barriers, increase in time of semideducing and address delivery of a medical product is developed. The unique system of appeals micelle dispersion is offered that allows to model as much as possible naturally immobilisation of fat - and heavy-soluble active substances and their local microenvironment. The highly effective micellar medical form on the basis of beta-carotin and alpha-tocopherol which owns wide treatment-and-prophylactic action is received. The measurement technique of micells parametres of a complex preparation "Vitaron" on the basis of water-soluble nanoclusters is developed. According to the developed technique using atomic-power microscope SOLVERPRO-M by semicontact and contact method in a liquid, and also by method of scanning near-field optical microscopy in air measurement of micells parametres of a complex preparation "Vitaron" was performed. Test invitro of the developed preparation in layout was conducted which models passage of BAS in a gastroenteric path which have confirmed effective properties of the developed method of nanoencapsulation. The infrastructure for a technological line of release of preparation is created. The experimental batch of a preparation "Vitaron" is let out. Preclinical researches of developed BAS (provitamin A) are spent.
