The investigations were carried out on the basis of the theory of similarity and mathemati-cal modeling. The experimental part of the project has been made on the unique scientific-research complex with use large-gabarit thermo-altitude chambers, natural aggregates and stands of airplane fuel systems. The investigations were carried out under conditions of multi-and full-factor modeling physical processes and conditions of aircraft exploitation. As a result of fulfillment the scientific research works (SRW) there has been created a new ware - a system of warm mass exchange moistening fuel (SMF) in the tanks of modern air-planes.
