The physical technological terms of forming processes of nanosized structures are investigated on the surface GaAs, CdTe, CdMnTe at irradiation by the pulses of different duration of ruby laser and second garmonics of neodymium laser before and after the melting threshold. The morphological parameters of structures are studied, the temperature gradients and termoelastic tensions are calculated at pulse laser irradiation for optimum nanostructuration.
