The problems of creating software and methodical complexes disciplines using multimedia technologies and interactive web-resources for self-learning are investigated; the software and methodical complex discipline "Computer" and web-resource with directory of the video training material are developed . The principles and requirements of distance learning and describes the methodology for distance courses in environment Moodle are analyzed; the courses in the disciplines "Information", "Information technology and systems" are created . The questions of the use of cloud computing technologies in the distance learning are considered, the circle of jurisdictions which are arrived at the distance learning is exposed, the optimum variants of the use of cloud services in an educational process and possibility of transformation of the traditional education system in the new form of cloud education are founded.
