Description

The mathematical model for determination of the period of the subcritical fatigue crack growth (residual life-time) in the pivot beam frame bogie electric lokomotive has been proposed. This model bases on the first law of thermodynamics concerning to mechanics of solids slow fracture at variable loadings. Application of the model by the problem for determination of the residual lifetime of frame bogie electric locomotive made of steel 12HTL-I has been demonstrated.5481
