The obtained production differs from the analogues by a high level of maintenance of nutritive and biological value of raw material and will further be used in catering business, baking, alcohol-free brewing, confectionary, and milk industries. The introduction of new processes and apparatuses provides the reduction of production cost of ready products manufacture due to reduction of energetic resources during the concentration and drying of raw food to 20%, high quality of ready products.
