Object of study - aflatoxins, agricultural products, raw materials and foodstuffs. The purpose of the study to develop a strategy for detecting residual amounts of Aflatoxin B1 contained in the various objects (agricultural products, raw materials and foodstuffs). Assess the level of analytical and diagnostic sensitivity of the developed methods. Research Methods - Research methods include sampling, sample preparation, separation extract for ELISA, statistical analysis of the results. Biochemical, microbiological and organic chemical methods as well. Synthesized enzyme conjugate aflatoxin - alkaline phosphatase. The spent the selections of stabilizing solutions for the storage conjugate. Dedicated toxigenic strains of Micromycetes - producer of aflatoxin. Performance sensitivity resulting conjugate were high and fully answered foreign commercial counterparts. The evaluation of the catalytic properties of recombinant alkaline phosphatase (BAP) and its comparison with mutant forms of BAP - D101S. Results of research implemented in NAAS Institute of Veterinary Medicine of Ukraine. Having the main components of the test system and optimizing the conditions showed that the developed ELISA test system is easily replicable, has high sensitivity and specificity, allowing for credible results. Significance of the results is that for the first time in Ukraine developed ELISA test system for studies of aflatoxin B1 in raw agricultural products and foodstuffs. Areas of Application - agriculture, veterinary and sanitary laboratories, laboratories of different levels.
