Description

Object is to remove the tops machine performance and quality of execution of the process. The subject of the study are to remove the tops turbine working bodies working with sloping plates and sectional knife and layout to remove the tops device with hydraulic study and rational design , kinematics and process parameters. The purpose of the study is performed to improve the quality of removing tops and reduce energy costs by developing the design and study of rational parameters of turbine to remove the tops working with sloping flat surfaces and the vertical axis of rotation. To perform this study used as a general scientific and special methods, including analysis and synthesis, econometric modeling, probability theory and mathematical statistics, cluster analysis, economic-mathematical modeling, mathematical economics, and others. The information base for the study were: labor domestic and foreign scholars, laws and regulations on the development and justification of rational design, kinematics and technological parameters of turbine to remove the tops working bodies. To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve the following problem: an analysis of contemporary processes and working for the removal of tops and identify ways for improvement and carry out theoretical research process picking tops vertical turbine to remove the tops, to develop a program and methodology of experimental research and carry out production and economic evaluation to remove the tops unit. Based on the research of design to remove the tops vertical turbine layout and circuit to remove the tops device for aggregation of root crop machine.
