The subject of the study are to remove the tops turbine working bodies working with sloping plates and sectional knife and layout to remove the tops device with hydraulic study and rational design , kinematics and process parameters. The purpose of the study is performed to improve the quality of removing tops and reduce energy costs by developing the design and study of rational parameters of turbine to remove the tops working with sloping flat surfaces and the vertical axis of rotation. To perform this study used as a general scientific and special methods, including analysis and synthesis, econometric modeling, probability theory and mathematical statistics, cluster analysis, economic-mathematical modeling, mathematical economics, and others. The information base for the study were: labor domestic and foreign scholars, laws and regulations on the development and justification of rational design, kinematics and technological parameters of turbine to remove the tops working bodies.
