Experimentally investigated the efficiency of extraction of ions and electrons in the source with a beam diameter of 250 mm. Compared with the results of the study of ion-optical systems are defined scaling laws. The recommendations for the design of industrial source ion-electron flow with controlled ratio of the ion and electron currents. The characteristics of the combined effects of ion-plasma flows on the structural and phase characteristics of nanostructured thin films.
