Abstract theorem of forming the community image are systematized and generalized, possibilities of forming the athletic image of the town based on the development of the physical culture and sport domain are revealed, theoretical and practical aspects of the sporting marketing are considered; the methodical tools of concept development in the industry of sport image building projects and marketing are justified. The analysis of the sport infrastructure of Kharkiv is conducted, external influence on the sporting marketing in the Kharkiv region is investigated based on the recitation; the particular state and development of the physical education and sport domain for young people in Kharkiv is estimated. The strategic aspects of the marketing concept development validation "Kharkiv is the sport capital of Ukraine" are determined, the business plan of realization of the I regional showing "Kharkiv is the sport capital of Ukraine" is developed, the substantive provisions of the marketing conception of forming the sporting image of Kharkiv are framed, recommendations are given in relation to the improvement of marketing internet-communications and increase of their efficiency.
