Description

The decline in the quality of raw milk received at the dairy cooperatives is mainly due to the excessive number of microorganisms by non-compliance with sanitary requirements for receipt and initial processing of milk. Methodical recommendations "Veterinary and sanitary requirements for milking technology, primary processing, storage and transportation of raw cow's milk in the dairy cooperatives." Developed a laboratory method of determining the effectiveness of acid detergents. Designed acid washing and disinfectant TDS (TU U 20.2-39139367-006: 2015), the use of 0.5% of the working solution means "TDS" sanitizing equipment in conjunction with alkaline washing and disinfectants provides excellent sanitary condition of their working surfaces and produces precast superior quality milk.
