The object of investigation is current and residual thermomechanical and micro structural state, as well as durability of the cylindrical member under multilayer surfacing and subsequent thermal and mechanical cyclic loading. The aim is numerical study of thermomechanical processes when multilayer surfacing inelastic cylindrical member, an assessment of their durability under the subsequent cyclic thermomechanical loading on the basis of the developed continuum model and numerical calculation methods. The method of investigation is mathematical and numerical modeling of the cylindrical bodies on the basis of thermal mechanics of physically nonlinear inelastic materials with microstructural transformations, the cyclic durability of surfaced bodies. The numerical results of the evaluation of residual SSS and microstructure of surfaced bodies, as well as their durability in the subsequent cyclic thermomechanical loading are obtained. Recommendations regarding the parameters and technologies of members of the multi-layer welding were stated.
