The aim is numerical study of thermomechanical processes when multilayer surfacing inelastic cylindrical member, an assessment of their durability under the subsequent cyclic thermomechanical loading on the basis of the developed continuum model and numerical calculation methods. The method of investigation is mathematical and numerical modeling of the cylindrical bodies on the basis of thermal mechanics of physically nonlinear inelastic materials with microstructural transformations, the cyclic durability of surfaced bodies. The numerical results of the evaluation of residual SSS and microstructure of surfaced bodies, as well as their durability in the subsequent cyclic thermomechanical loading are obtained.
