Studied biochemical, molecular and genetic mechanisms of regulation of metabolic processes in cells of various organs and established signaling pathways involved in the modulation of adaptive-compensatory reactions and the possibility of correction of these processes in the application of biologically active substances of natural and artificial origin. In the early stages of development of various pathological conditions the features of the system of signal transmission in cells and the basic general and specific parts of key cell damage various organs and tissues. For the first time comparative comprehensive study of the effect of metabolites of reactive oxygen and nitric oxide on the structural and functional condition of cells and the functioning of the antioxidant defense system in the dynamics of the pathology of the gastrointestinal tract (stomach ulcer, atrophic gastritis, colitis, carcinogenesis of stomach and colon cancer), alcohol intoxication, diabetes, making it possible to identify their modulating effect on metabolic processes in the parietal cells of the stomach, liver hepatocytes, epitheliocytes colon and brain cells. A comparative study made it possible to establish that the mechanisms involved in the pathological process of various enzymatic cascades dysfunction which affects gastric secretion, proliferation and differentiation of cells. It is shown that the processes of development and ulcer colitis accompanied advantage apoptosis of proliferative that may cause erosions and ulcers. The initial stages of chronic atrophic gastritis and the formation of adenocarcinoma of the colon characterized by the build-proliferative potential of cells. These features of cell renewal can directly precede the development of dysplasia / neoplasia gastric mucosa and is the criterion for the initial phase of carcinogenesis. Proved that chronic and excessive consumption of ethanol leads to the development of type 2 diabetes, which manifests the development of insulin resistance, glucose homeostasis infringement, changes in key indicators of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. Found that as a result of chronic alcohol abuse increased gastric secretion and increased levels holerezu established that the conditions of type 1 diabetes is increasing holerez all factions and discharge of bile acids is accompanied by lysis of hepatocytes. Using the method of comet electrophoresis Structural changes in the genome of hematopoietic cells in series. A cytogenetic analysis of peripheral blood lymphocytes of children with soft tissue sarcomas. We show that cells clone with a complete lack mitochondrial DNA mutation cdc-13 is not capable of active proliferative growth, while the population with a mutation in a gene stability telomere becomes secondary to the formation of active growth, which is the initial stage of carcinogenesis. The features of intermediary metabolism of bile acids by the action of herbicides and tonic effect of serotonin on contractile activity of isolated rat portal vein drugs. The influence of autoimmune antibodies isolated from serum of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, the functioning platelets. Established that the conditions indicative of an ischemic stroke tests are "Antsystronovyy time" and determine the concentration of fibrinogen in the blood plasma. The complex research of the central mechanisms of perception and information processing with information overvoltage. It is shown that Parkinson's disease changes the structure of neural networks responsible for the progress of basic cognitive processes. The scientific work provides a theoretical basis for the creation of a new generation of pharmaceutical drugs, which become targets for key organizing centers of cells. Novosyntezovanyh investigated the biological activity of chemical compounds in bacterial test systems. Developed and tested regimen biopolymers to improve immunoreactivity. Optimized method of obtaining protein extracts of lichen thalli and modes of application of biological products with antitumor and immunomodulatory activity of natural and semi-synthetic origin in models of tumor growth. Phytomedications composition of the new studies and shows features bioflavonoids influence on the functional state of the liver, stomach and contractile properties of smooth muscles of intestines and blood vessels of the liver. The effect of lectin Vacillus subtilis B-7025 in various parts of the immune system and shown its ability to inhibit the growth and metastasis of tumors (sarcoma 37, Ehrlich cancer, Lewis lung carcinoma). Influence multiprobiotic "Symbiter acidophilic concentrated" and "Apibak" on morphological and functional changes in the stomach, liver and large intestine caused by prolonged hipoatsydnistyu. It is shown that multyprobiotic Symbiter shows protective properties, helps to restore the pancreatic tissue and has a pronounced preventive and therapeutic effect on erosive and ulcerative lesions of gastric mucosa of rats caused by stress. Established that two-week application quercetin reduces the effects of acute and chronic alcohol intoxication, prevents lesions of the mucous membrane of the stomach and increases oriyentuvalno & D activity. The efficiency antiulcer effects of different doses of active ingredients complex buckthorn extract, and vitamin U. fenuhreka studied the effect of biologically active substances fenuhreka seeds (Trigonella foenum graecum L.) for conditions of colon carcinogenesis in rats. BAR determined the ability of natural origin show fungistatic and fungicidal action. It is shown that some drugs slow the development nitrozatyvnoho stress and weaken manifestations of diabetic neuropathy. It is shown that D1 eliminates destructive changes and inflammation of the mucous membrane of the intestine, liver, cardiomyocytes. It is shown that water-soluble fullerenes (C60 (H2O) x) and their derivatives membranotropni inherent properties that can be one of the primary mechanisms of their effects. To correct the damages that occur in the muscle during ischemia of fullerenes were used C60FAS. Expressed their protective effect on the dynamics of muscle contraction can be explained by the ability of fullerenes ATFaznu increase skeletal muscle actomyosin activity by reducing the degree of oxidative modification of proteins contractile complex. It was established that the use of extract of common bean pods activates enzymatic processes antioxidant level in the liver of rats with diabetes. Showing fungicidal effect of drugs of natural origin essential oils (Rosmarinum officinalis, Pinus sibirica and Abies sibirica) on mold fungi. Optimized method of obtaining protein extracts of lichen thalli and modes of application of biological products with antitumor and immunomodulatory activity of natural and semi-synthetic origin in models of tumor growth. Established that the inhibition of growth of experimental tumors (solid form of Ehrlich carcinoma and lung carcinoma Lewis) in animals that received the drug course (extracts of higher fungi), accompanied by the modulation parameters of immunological reactivity. Analysis of the results of the psychophysiological and neurophysiological research gives reason to recommend practical applications for the prevention and correction of functional states of physiological activity binaural techniques and passive stimulation olfaktyvnoyi rytmohennyh mechanisms of brain exercise in imaginary spatial rotation of objects. In addition, it is shown that the efficiency of correction of cognitive dysfunctions (cognitive structure OP) in Parkinson's disease drugs amantadine impact stage of the disease, the degree of muscle rigidity and postural instability.
