Aim: extension of the interactive component of the English language professional training content at the higher educational pedagogical establishment. Methods of research: 1) theoretical: induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis, description, comparison, modelling; 2) empirical: observation, questioning, experiment, statistic methods. Theoretical and practical results: 1) As a result of the present research the necessity of updating the linguistic and methodological content of prospective philologists English teachers professional training within the interactive (anthropocentric) paradigm was grounded; 2) the linguistic content of the specialized and professionally oriented disciplines was renovated: within the English business discourse consent was defined as an interactional and pragmatic category, types of the speech act of consent in the English dialogical business-discourse were described, the existence of the relationship between interactional and pragmatic senses of consent and relevant prosodic means of their implementation were revealed; resulting from the contacting language systems interaction the peculiarities of the Turkish-English interference on prosodic level were determined (on the basis of the interrogatives); 3) the syllabi linguistic and methodological content is renovated on the basis of the research results. Novelty: for the first time within the English business discourse consent was defined as an interactional and pragmatic category, types of the speech act of consent in the English dialogical business-discourse were described, the existence of the relationship between interactional and pragmatic senses of consent and relevant prosodic means of their implementation were revealed; resulting from the contacting language systems interactionthe peculiarities of the Turkish-English interference on prosodic level were determined (on the basis of the interrogatives); the means of verbalization of the speaker's emotional vocal reactions in the process of speech interaction were distinguished; the semantic structures of the linguistic means of verbalizing voice quality, melody, loudness and tempo were described on the level of these parameters combination; the interactive peculiarities of the English lecture discourse and the strategies of its realization with the help of a suggested inventory of the special speech means were revealed.
