Public and social tendencies of development of Ukraine in the context of its innovation policy require the deployment of innovation in pedagogical practice that is characterized by the search for ways to improve the efficiency of the educational process. A paradigm shift from traditional education to student-centered requires updating the content, forms and methods of work of educational institutions, development of innovative technologies, formation of teachers innovative style of their work. Innovative strategy of development of the modern educational process predetermines creation of technology to ensure its quality, according to the Law of Ukraine "On innovative activities" and "regulations for the implementation of innovative educational activities". Consequently, there is a need for theoretical and methodological rationale and implementation of innovative technologies in educational process of educational institutions of different types, the need for training teachers to implement such activities. Along with indisputable achievements in the field of pedagogical innovation, the development of Ukrainian education is constrained by insufficient versanet tasks of a scientific nature. V. Flint notes that "the practice of innovation in education are acutely present an account of the pedagogical science, its explanatory and transformative potential.
