The object of study - 102 patients with NHL, including 43 patients with diffuse lymphoma velykoklitynnu, 33 non-Hodgkin's lymphoma patients in marginal areas, 2 patients in hepatosplenichnu T-cell lymphoma, 5 patients in mantle zone lymphoma, 4 patients in follicular lymphoma, 7 in patients with lymphoma vorsychastyh lymphocytes, 2 patients in undifferentiated T-cell lymphoma, 13 patients in zriloklitynni lymphoma low-grade malignancy classification Working Formulation. Purpose - to clarify the splenectomy efficacy in patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and based on long-term results to review and develop current readings, character, operational tactics of intervention and postoperative care in these patients. The paper used clinical, cytological, histological, radiological, sonographic, immunophenotype studies and computed tomography. A retrospective analysis of direct and distance results splenectomy in 43 patients with diffuse velykoklitynnu lymphoma, 33 patients for lymphoma marginal zone, 2 patients hepatosplenichnu T-cell lymphoma, 5 patients for lymphoma mantle zone 4 patients in follicular lymphoma, 7 patients for lymphoma with vorsychastyh lymphocytes, 2 patients with diffuse velykoklitynnu T-cell lymphoma, 13 patients in zriloklitynni lymphoma low-grade malignancy classification Working Formulation. Splenectomy eliminates abdominal discomfort, eliminates the phenomenon hipersplenizmu reduces dependence on chemotherapy, reduces the manifestations of regional portal hypertension. In diffuse lymphoma velykoklitynnyh splenectomy immediate efficiency recorded in 91.4% of patients. In cases hepatosplenichnoyi T-cell lymphoma and diffuse velykoklitynnoyi T-cell lymphoma operative treatment proved unsuccessful.
