Object of investigations - morphology and structure of the materials under the modification by high current electron beam and during the condensation in ion-plasma sputterer. Aim of the work - development of the theoretical and numerical models for investigations of the changes in morphology of the surfaces of materials. Theoretical description of the condensation of copper in ion-plasma sputterer. Methods of investigations - multifractal detrended fluctuation analysis, methods of statistical analysis and theoretical physics, methods of non-equilibrium thermodynamics, methods of computational mathematics etc. Computer model that allows calculating of the quantitative parameters of the morphology of the surface of materials from the SEM images is build. Computer algorithms for calculations of the fractal dimensions of self-similar systems, clustering coefficients and probability distributions are developed. Theoretical model of the quasi- equilibrium condensation of copper in ion-plasma sputterer is also built. Within developed approach new mechanism of the phase formation is suggested.
