Computer algorithms for calculations of the fractal dimensions of self-similar systems, clustering coefficients and probability distributions are developed. Theoretical model of the quasi- equilibrium condensation of copper in ion-plasma sputterer is also built. Within developed approach new mechanism of the phase formation is suggested.
